Lindsay W. – Retreat

I had an incredible experience going on this retreat.  Amy created a magical and safe space for us to come together and be seen, heard and held in our fullest, most authentic expressions.  The energy, thoughtfulness and love she immersed into the whole experience was felt and so appreciated. It was amazing to connect with the other women in person and to go on such a transformational journey together. I loved all of the activities and also appreciated that there was spaciousness to relax, reflect and just be.  I’m so grateful to Amy and the other women I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know ton this retreat. The amount of growth and love I experienced fills my heart with joy.  I am forever grateful for this experience and all the growth that occurred throughout. I hope to attend a future retreat Amy’s puts together. It was truly a gift.
