The Multidimensional Woman Mentorship program truly helped me to take my healing to the next level. Through this experience, I was able to move through a lot of my shame about my past trauma, I transitioned out of a stressful job, and improved my romantic relationship with my partner. The support from Amy and the other women in the group was so incredibly healing.
