Tori W. – Retreat

This retreat absolutely exceeded my expectations. Amy co-created an experience that cultivated vulnerability, safety, community, and connection. Feeling the warm embrace from Amy and the other women who arrived before me, made the moment feel like the Universe called us all together to be in that exact moment. Amy poured so much love and effort into preparing each meditation, each embodiment session, and every sharing circle. The biggest shift for me was to embrace and surrender to being seen and expressing vulnerable emotions. I will forever carry that feeling with me knowing it is okay to fully express myself. Amy challenged each of us to rise up and meet our edges in vulnerability and embodiment; I am forever grateful for her leadership. I cannot wait to witness the beautiful growth which will rise out of each of my soul sisters that I shared this experience with. And, I’m already looking forward to attending another retreat hosted by Amy <3
