But I’ll be the first to tell you that I didn’t start this journey knowing my value and feeling empowered AF.
I learned how to embody my boundaries because I was tired of giving my power away to people-pleasing tendencies.
When I reclaimed my power and began expressing my authentic voice in all areas of my life (aka no longer shrinking in certain rooms or in front of certain people), I started attracting deep authentic relationships and incredible soul clients.
My business income doubled.
I started showing up consistently on social media and for my online community.
I attracted the MOST epic relationships with true soul sisters.
And I finally felt free to fully express myself without being afraid of other people judging me.
How did I do this? I unlearned the patterns of seeking approval from others, I got clear on my soul-mission, and I learned the art of having courageous conversations.

Training #1: Reclaim Your Power
Before you try to quantum leap into showing up as your higher-self, you must unlearn the patterns and reprogram the beliefs that have prevented you from standing in your power. During this module, you will go through a visualization process to take your power back from past experiences and deepen your self-worth to set the foundation for your new paradigm.
Training #3: Embody Your Boundaries
It’s not enough to intellectually know your Sacred YES and your Sacred NO. During this training we will use 3 Sacred Archetypes to integrate your new way of being into your body so that you can show up as the worthy, confident, and badass empowered CEO that you are meant to BE. We will use breath and movement to activate the Empress energy from within.
Training #2: Establish Your Boundaries
What would it look like to completely raise your standards in ALL areas of your life? Your Sacred Sexy Boundaries are the roadmap to every decision you will make moving forward. Once you have established and customized your new boundaries, you will create the pathway to evolve into the leader and empowered CEO that you were destined to be.
Training #4: Express Your Boundaries
Other people cannot read your mind. Especially as you continue to RISE as a leader, you will need to be able to communicate your boundaries with your team, your clients, and in your relationships with unshakable confidence. You will get the exact step-by-step framework for how to communicate your Sacred Sexy Boundaries along with some powerful mindset upgrades to navigate the fears that naturally arise before sharing your truth.
In addition to these 4 trainings, you will receive instant access to a guided meditation with mantras and journal prompts upon registration!
NOTE: This is not a passive learning experience where you watch a pretty slideshow and take some notes that you never look at again. My teaching style is engaging and experiential.
