When I started my nutrition business 10 years ago, I constantly felt like I was falling short of my potential. I questioned if I was ever really going to be successful and constantly compared myself to others who were further along.

I knew deep down that I was here to make a difference and that I truly wanted to help other people to feel healthy and happy. 

But my mindset was filled with fear and doubt which led me to procrastinate and not follow through with my ideas. 

I hired several business coaches and while I started to support more clients, something still felt like it was out of alignment. Nothing was ‘flowing’ how I thought it was supposed to and I felt frustrated that my business wasn’t growing fast enough.

Even though I felt exhausted, frustrated, and afraid, there was that little voice inside of me that kept calling me forward. 

Instead of giving up, I learned how to overcome my limiting beliefs, follow my intuition, and significantly change the way I was showing up in my business and my life. 

From this place, I attracted incredible soul-clients and created a multiple six-figure coaching business that lights my soul on fire.
